| Personal Transition Plan | Personal Transition Plan | TGG1105 | This year-long course is designed to help students develop career awareness and set educational planning goals for after high school. Interpersonal and communication skills will be taught and practiced in small group settings. Students will complete a Personal Transition Portfolio that will include a personal statement, a resume, a cover letter, and a post secondary plan. Students will present their progress on the core values and academics during student led conferences.
